Heater Allen is a local, family-owner and operated, self-distributed brewery in McMinnville that has been amking world-class beer for 18 years.

We are growing and looking for a sales-minded, part-time delivery driver. Ideal candidates will have sparkling clean driving record, be outgoing with a positive attitude and an interest in craft beer. We’re a very small, collaborative team and will be looking to hire on personality and willingness to learn and contribute. The position is 20-30 hours per week.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work and communicate well with all staff.

• Organized and detail oriented; accurate record keeping skills.

• Basic troubleshooting skills.

• Oregon Driver’s license and clean driving record. NO ROAD RAGE!

• Customer service and positive attitude! You’ll be face to face with our retail customers (bar and restaurant owners & buyers) on a daily basis.

• Must be self-motivated, trustworthy and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with limited direction or supervision.

• Travel to the Portland metro-area in a company vehicle twice per week on average.

• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours (including occasional evenings and weekends for events)

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid OLCC permit or willingness to get one.

• Preferred two years of relevant experience along with solid working knowledge of the beer and brewing industry, but will train and mentor the right person

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 55 lbs. from ground to shoulder hight

• Lift 80 lbs. from ground to waist high

• Moving 160 lbs along the floor, remove from a truck and maneuvered with a hand truck.
